We cover 50+ language pairs. Spanish is our highest-volume language, followed by French, German, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic, Korean, and Italian. For less common languages, contact us before ordering to confirm availability and translator credentials.
Projects are priced per word. Rates vary by document type: certified and legal translation carries higher rates than general business or marketing content. A minimum project charge applies. Rush and express delivery add a percentage surcharge. Use the calculator for an instant quote.
Yes. Certified translations include all required elements: the translated document, a signed translator certification statement, and translator credentials. We have processed hundreds of USCIS submissions without a rejection.
Standard delivery is 5-10 business days depending on volume and language. Express is 2-4 days. Rush is 24 hours. All timelines are confirmed before work begins. We do not start until the scope is agreed.
No. All translation is performed by human translators with subject-matter backgrounds in the relevant area. We do not use machine translation or AI post-editing for any document type.
We accept Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, plain text, and most standard document formats. For software localization we handle JSON, XLIFF, and PO files. If your format is unusual, ask before ordering.
After delivery, you have seven days to request corrections within the original brief at no charge. Revisions that change the scope or introduce new content outside the original brief are quoted separately.
Yes. All submitted documents are treated as confidential. We sign NDAs for ongoing corporate and legal clients on request. We do not use client documents for training, samples, or any purpose other than the commissioned translation.
