Scope & Confirm
We review the documents and send a fixed quote with a confirmed delivery date. For certified or legal projects, we confirm format requirements upfront. Work begins only after you approve the scope.
Translate & Review
A translator with direct subject knowledge handles your project. A second, independent linguist reviews the completed translation. For certified work, we follow all applicable formatting requirements.
Deliver & Support
Files arrive in your inbox in the same format you submitted, plus a PDF. A seven-day window for corrections within the original brief is included at no charge. For certified projects, the certification package is included.
