When you use our contact form, pricing calculator, or checkout, we collect: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country. We also collect technical information including IP address and browser type through our hosting infrastructure.

We use your information to process and fulfill translation orders, respond to project inquiries, send project-related communications, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
4. Retention
Order and transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with US federal and Idaho state tax and accounting requirements. Contact inquiries that do not result in an order are deleted within 12 months.
5. Third-Party Processors
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your card details. We also use hosting and email infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
