Refund Policy

Effective: June 13, 2026

1. Our Standard

If a completed translation contains errors directly attributable to our translators that materially affect accuracy or usability, we will correct it at no charge within the seven-day revision window. In cases where correction is not practical, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. How to Request

Contact us at hello@to-translation.com within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and a written description of the issue. Claims must relate to translation accuracy, not stylistic preferences or scope changes made after delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for stylistic dissatisfaction, errors in source documents, or where the document has already been submitted to a third party. Express and rush delivery surcharges are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original Stripe payment method within 5-10 business days.
